When NN, one of the top players in the Romanian insurance market, decided it’s time for a www upgrade to match their business objectives, we came up with a usability concept & design, as a solution for their future plans.
With a growing insurance portfolio, NN needed a platform that would support its consultant-based sales process and help potential users easily understand the company's products. The site would have to offer a clear information hierarchy, offer consultancy over various product benefits and usage, and ultimately, lead the customer towards a well-advised acquisition decision.
Insurance products are not the easiest for people to understand, so we completely reimagined the user experience and made it easier for potential customers to have an overview on how insurances can ease their lives. We exchanged the outdated information flow with a more clear, actionable process where the user is guided through basic product information, offered key benefits and then is able to see for himself the costs of the insurance based on specific needs. Whenever the consumer feels ready, it can opt to meet an insurance consultant and make steps towards an acquisition.
